We are excited you have chosen Temple Memorial Pediatric Center!

We accept most insurance carriers along with private pay. 

What you will need to get started:

 *A referral from your child's primary care physician.

 After we receive the referral you will be contacted by our Intake Coordinator to set up an appointment for an evaluation. You can fax the admission packet to 903-793-1203 or bring it with you to your first appointment. If you have any questions or concerns please call 903-794-2705.
