ABA is a behavioral health service that focuses on a variety of needs such as communication, social skills, adaptive skills, and challenging behaviors.
We follow a Focused model, and recommend the child attend services 3 times a week for 2 hours each time. ABA is proven most effective when the child is able to attend services as much as possible.
It will be based on your child's need and goals met during the services. Since autism is a lifelong diagnosis, your child's goals/needs will change throughout their lives. Therefore, they could need ABA at various points in their lives, transitioning out of services when current goals have been met.
